Park Hyatt Jakarta

This was probably one of the best rooms I’ve ever stayed in. Unfortunately our flight was delayed so we got in super duper late. I got up early to take a bath in that amazing tub. The breakfast at this hotel was 10/10. I am not sure we will be back in Jakarta but if we were I would stay here over and over. My boys (ages 11 and 7) fell in love with bidets at this hotel.

We did not stay there but passing by for dinner with my wife, 3 years old daughter and mother in law. From security check point to departure was smooth and impressed with how staffs are well trained. Especially, restaurant and bar staffs service were above expected and their leaders must have been training well even like us, non stay guests. We wish to stay in the future and definitely recommend to pay a visit or stay.

Date of visit: 2 August, 11.30AM, lunch time. We had a birthday lunch at The Dining Room, Park Hyatt Jakarta, and it was a truly pleasant experience from start to finish. We made a reservation in advance with a few special requests — and to our delight, everything was prepared exactly as requested when we arrived. The staff were attentive, friendly, and genuinely helpful throughout our visit. Their service really made us feel welcomed and taken care of. Now, in terms of food — while it may not be the absolute best I’ve ever had, it definitely met the standard you’d expect from a high-end restaurant. Personally, I still think Intercontinental Pondok Indah edges it out in flavor, but Park Hyatt did not disappoint. What really set this experience apart was the incredible view from the restaurant. It gave the whole lunch a special atmosphere and elevated the moment — truly a highlight that’s hard to beat in Jakarta. In summary, I’m very happy with the entire experience. Huge thanks to the team at The Dining Room — from handling the reservation to executing every detail during service, you’ve done an excellent job. Would definitely return!
