Park Hyatt London River Thames

Visited for the day as we had the couples tea, tonic and zen treatment, followed by an early dinner at Yu Ge (a restaurant within the hotel). It’s a new hotel, opened October 2024 so we found that all staff we encountered through our visit were very diligent, helpful and willing to ensure we were happy. Hopefully this continues as the hotel becomes increasingly popular and busy. Spa facilities and treatment were amazing! Beautiful environment, fabulous decor and lovely therapists. My partner fell asleep and he always struggles to fully relax during a massage so a true testament to their craft. The relaxation room after was really lovely too - view of the Thames, cozy blankets, nice tea and a little brownie snack. Also had access to the pool, sauna and gym afterwards. Dinner at Yu Ge was great! The service from Emma and all the team was amazing and attentive. The food was delicious, came out fresh and hot with really beautiful Cantonese flavours. We had a pre drink at the hotel bar and that was stunning too. You also get 3 hours complimentary valet parking if spending over £100. Overall a stunning true 5 star hotel, with great design, wonderful staff and really delicious food and beverage options. We will be back for a full nights stay to enjoy the full glory of this hotel.

Stunning property with incredible Thames river views! Minimalist design with very high quality materials reminds you that you are staying at a luxurious Park Hyatt! Incredible breakfast, every item is exceptionally tasty: made with great ingredients and prepared by highly skilled cooks. The kitchen sous chef interacts with guest and clearly loves to be there. I also would like to praise the service we had: the whole front of house team is both friendly and efficient. Leon, the manager and Faustine, his assistant are outstanding professionals! All the other hotel departments also show great dedication and professionalism!

I wanted to love this hotel. The hotel & our room was absolutely stunning. But we were treated unfairly and were discriminated against even being a Hyatt globalist. We found out from some friends that stayed a few weeks after us that they were upgraded and offered use of the hotel car. Our experience was completely different. Not only were we not upgraded when there were suites available to book on the app. The complimentary house car was not mentioned to us at check in or at any moment during our stay. On top of that when exploring the property we had staff asking us if we were hotel guests as though we were trespassing ( we were in the pool area, where a key card is needed to access). We have reached out to Hyatt and have not heard anything further. This has left a taste in our mouth. Stayed 6/14-6/17
