Park Hyatt Niseko Hanazono

Me and my family came here for a summer holiday for 3 nights and we had a blast. When we first arrived in the hotel people greeted us with tea, and also helped us with our luggage, they were really friendly and was very patient with my family. The room was very big and spacious. The food was really good and yummy and the price was very reasonable. There was a lot of eventful activities you can do, there is paddle ball, donut boat tree trekking etc. So much u can do and it was a lot of fun.

We visited The Bar at Park Hyatt Niseko Hanazono two days in a row during our visit to Niseko in June. We had the pleasure of being hosted in both occasions by Taufan and Caroline, who made sensational classic cocktails for an unbelievable happy hour deal from 5pm - 7pm that they have during the green season. I would recommend all Niseko residents and visitors to make this their must go evening hangout spot. Service was highly emotionally intelligent, passionate and engaging. The selection of bar bites from the Chef’s team were delightful. This is a World class establishment and an amazing team of hosts. We cannot recommend this experience highly enough, and look forward to the opportunity of staying at the hotel in the near future.

The rooms were superb. The view overlooking the Hanazono valley was beautiful, even more so when in winter. The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms are luxurious. They also have cherries in the room which are absolutely delicious. The service is amazing. Everywhere I go, every person I talk to is smiling. They are kind and helpful, and most are fluent English speakers, which is very convenient for travellers and tourists. The location is also very convenient as it is within walking distance of the Hanazono 308 activity registration centre. From there most of the activities are also within walking distance, or they will provide shuttle buses. There is a lot of green spaces, and the air is refreshing, it is a great place to go for holiday.
