Park Hyatt Sanya Sunny Bay Resort

Clean, spacious hotel with a nice free breakfast that stays open until 11 with as much bottled water free of charge that you need to drink. Great pool and the beach is excellent. Much better experience than being in Hawaii at another branded hotel. Very happy with Hyatt. Especially want to thank the employees. The employees at this hotel all have a good attitude and are very helpful. I would like to especially thank Amos Wu, Winnie Liu, lily zhang, Tina Well maintained-classy-RELAXING- spacious and quiet

We stayed at this resort for 2 nights in March 2023 and cannot recommend it highly enough. As a non Chinese speaking foreigner it can sometimes be problematic travelling in the mainland. This resort made every effort to make us feel welcome, in every interaction with the staff. The hotel is very well maintained and very stylish and Chic. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend a visit and I will definitely return. We ate in most of the restaurants and bars and everything was first rate. Fantastic pool and great beach front with safe swimming beach not always a given in Hainan.

Just arrived in the hotel, requested a single large bed they only had twin. Requested a balcony they said oh last minute change sir, but the worst part is the fact that the whole hotel is still under construction, it is noisy and impossible to rest during the day. I don’t know how will I be able to stay 4 more days here it’s already very hard( If you are looking for rest, this hotel is not where that can be found.
