Park Hyatt Shenzhen

Right across of Coco Park Malls. Rooms are spacious, well maintained, cleaned and beds are comfortable (medium firmness). Staff are all very nice, carries a genuine smile and helpful. Went to the pool with my 3 year old toddler. They do have a kids pool but no much to play with and water was a little cold so won’t stay too long. We borrowed a swimming cap for my toddler (mandatory to wear a cap for everyone) but it stink so much, like a wet dog. The spa area connecting to the pool is very nice, with two jacuzzi, steam and sauna. Breakfast is standard, average taste. Will definitely stay again! The rooms are very high up so if you are scared of heights, may need to think twice.

Nestled right next to the lively Coco Park shopping mall, it’s the perfect spot if you love shopping 🛍️ and dining🍽️. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, with spacious rooms that offer breathtaking city views🌃🏙️🌇. What really stood out for me was the warm and friendly service—the staff🧑🏻‍💼👨🏻‍💼 went above and beyond to make me feel at home. Plus, the amenities are fantastic! I enjoyed a refreshing dip in the swimming pool 🏊🏻‍♀️🏊🏻and took some time to relax at the spa🧘🏻‍♀️🧘🏻‍♂️ Overall, it was a wonderful experience!🫶🏻
