Absolutely beautiful hotel, to eat ,sleep and play. Magnificent view, fantastic staff, who are there for YOU. FOOD out of this world, I was never a Hyatt person, but now try & keep me away. Recommended for who wants luxury, comfort & a hideaway. Leslie J Harding.

After we docked from the cruise ship, which was like 2 min walk, we decided to stay at the Hyatt. I have to say, it's the most beautiful view of the harbor and the opera house. The view at night is stunning. The breakfast restaurant was amazing, everything was fresh and healthy. I would love love love to come back to this hotel again. The room was huge and super clean. The bathroom was amazing. They also have heated toilets which was a plus. Overall experience was fantastic. The gym was nice. The gym only had 1 restroom. The pool on the 4th floor was great. They do drink service. We only stayed for 2 nights. We wanted to venture out, so we didn't get to enjoy the pool. The view was spectacular. If you are thinking about staying at a hotel, this is the one I would recommend 10/10. FYI, we went to the bar and hanged out with the bartender Alex, he's the best. He knew his stuff. Very well versed of the drink menu. Go visit him. Ask him about the chocolate milk shake, it looked so yummy. Wish I would have got it
