Park Hyatt Toronto

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in winter 2024. On our second day, we requested a room change due nearby construction at the time and our preference for a bit more sunlight. The front desk staff was incredibly accommodating and assisted us moving to a room, which was more quiet and had much better lighting. The hotel was clean and cozy with great amenities. All the staff we encountered were kind, helpful, and professional. Additionally, the on-site restaurants offerred excellent taste, service and convenience. The rooftop restaurant was a highlight with the beautiful view of Toronto skyline.

We had a really lovely stay at the Park Hyatt. Very nice room. Superb location. Good dining choices (amazing burger at the Writer's Room) and overall very good service. But the standout highlight was Kaleb the concierge. He took incredible care of us, calling to make sure we arrived at places he suggested, checked if we were getting rained on and generally made everything special. One of the best concierges we have ever had. Thank you Kaleb.

My stay was unfortunately not up to expectations, particularly for the price and versus other Park Hyatt’s I’ve stayed at. I would recommend you stay at the Hazelton Hotel which is across the street and is significantly nicer with better service. My room was not available for check in until 5pm. My room was not made up or cleaned the entire day on August 1, 2025 despite me being gone almost all day. I did not have do not disturb sign on door. I returned at 2am to my uncleaned room. Front desk said nothing they could do because it was too late but offered “extra towels”. Ridiculous. The staff said they would look into it the next day and didn’t follow up. Staff did not apologize or offer anything when checking out. The elevators are also super slow in this building. Won’t be back to this property and has hurt my view on Hyatt.
