Amazing stay at Park Hyatt Vienna! The location is perfect—right in the city center and close to everything. The staff were incredibly friendly and professional, always ready to help. The room was spacious, elegant, and very comfortable. Loved the beautiful historic building and relaxing spa. Highly recommend!
We had a fantastic stay over the recent Easter long weekend. The location was ideal. There was an Easter market just outside the door of the hotel. The building was beautiful and the rooms were comfortable and recently updated. The breakfast was exceptional – probably the best hotel breakfast I have ever had. The facilities (gym and pool) were great. The service was great and we could not have had a better time.
Park Hyatt Vienna offers an almost perfect experience, starting with its prime location just steps from the Graben, making sightseeing and shopping convenient. The service was exceptional across the board, the staff were consistently friendly, professional, and efficient. We were impressed by the cleanliness and spaciousness of our room, and the thoughtful welcome gift and room upgrade were lovely touches. The only minor issue we encountered was with the AC. Even set to its lowest temperature (18°C) and highest fan speed, it struggled to cool the room adequately, which did impact our comfort and sleep during a summer visit. If you're sensitive to heat and planning to visit in the warmer months, this is something to keep in mind. We'll definitely stay here again, as long as we're not visiting in the middle of summer.
