Park Inn by Radisson Ankara Cankaya

The hotel is clean, with very good services for the clientele. The only problem I've noticed is that the rooms are not cleaned; they just empty the trash cans and the showers need to be cleaned frequently.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Park Inn By Radisson, and I must say it was a delightful experience from start to finish. The staff's warm welcome and efficient check-in process set the tone for the entire stay.The room exceeded my expectations with its cleanliness, modern decor, and comfortable amenities. The attention to detail was evident, from the well-stocked minibar to the plush bedding that ensured a restful night's sleep.The hotel's facilities were impressive, providing a range of options for relaxation and recreation. Whether enjoying a refreshing swim in the pool or unwinding in the well-equipped fitness center, there was something for every preference.What truly stood out, though, was the exceptional customer service. The staff went above and beyond to make sure I felt welcomed and attended to throughout my stay. Their genuine friendliness and willingness to assist with any request added a personal touch that made the experience memorable.The on-site dining options were a highlight as well. Each meal was a culinary delight, showcasing a diverse menu with quality ingredients. The attentive service in the restaurant only added to the overall positive impression.In conclusion, my stay at Park Inn By Radisson was nothing short of fantastic. First impression can be that it is a nice hotel, but the rooms are not clean. I had in my room, a used toilet paper, and when I asked to have the room cleaned, they still didn't put a new toilet paper. Sink was dirty, and the soaps and shampoo recepients were used and dirty as well, and also not changed after cleaning. I asked the receptionist to call a taxi, because I was late for my work(due to some problems with the transportation from my company, I needed a taxi, and I told him it is urgent), but first he finished checking in another customer, and only after another 5 minutes, he put his hand on the phone to call for a taxi(which took him less that 20 seconds). During the night, the TV turned on by itself, very strongly illuminated in front of my bed. There was also very strong noise in the morning, that didn't allowed me to sleep. Breakfast is a disaster... worst breakfast I had ever had in Turkiye. I do not recommend this hotel.
