My recent visit to the Radisson hotel in Ayodhya for a function hosted by our college, RDASMC, under the Department of Surgery's UPMESICON event, was truly a delightful experience. While the main UPMESICON conference took place at the medical college, the Radisson was the chosen venue for an evening of entertainment, drawing doctors from various elite institutions. From the moment we arrived, the Radisson's commitment to hospitality was evident. The entrance was beautifully organized, with professional guards warmly welcoming guests and ample dedicated parking for four-wheelers, making arrival stress-free. Our college band had the pleasure of performing in a well-appointed hall, complete with excellent lighting and a vibrant DJ setup, which created the perfect atmosphere for an evening of enjoyment. It was a small effort on our part to entertain our teachers and guests, and the venue certainly facilitated a memorable performance. The main hall also conveniently offered refreshments, drinks, and soups, ensuring guests had everything they needed throughout the event. The highlight for many, including myself, was the main course served on the first floor. It was, as they say, the "icing on the cake." The food achieved that perfect balance of taste👌 and quality one expects from a top-tier hotel. Coupled with their truly appreciable hospitality, the entire event was thoroughly enjoyable. The Radisson Ayodhya proved to be an excellent choice for this evening of entertainment, leaving a lasting positive impression.

We stayed at Park Inn by Radisson at Ayodhya and it was a pleasant experience. The personnel were helpful, polite and very professional. The rooms were clean, well maintained and very comfortable. I liked the way water and other toiletries were immediately provided on request. Even one of my colleagues requested for a late checkout and it was accepted by them.. the breakfast menu is exhaustive - Indian, Continental and English.. suits all types of guests and the food was delicious…If I have to to some nitpicking, the only miss was a pool… it would have been a great addition.. overall it was a comfortable, no hassle stay and would revisit if I travel to Ayodhya again.

We checked in at Radisson Ayodhya this afternoon and were initially hopeful for a comfortable stay. After returning from a temple visit in the evening, we planned to have a light dinner. Four members of our group had recently arrived from the U.S. and were experiencing stomach issues, so we had carried simple, home-cooked food. We requested the hotel staff to warm the food and provide plates. The front desk assured us it would be taken care of. However, even after waiting over an hour, no plates were provided, and to our shock, the staff later informed us that they do not allow food to be heated contrary to what we were told earlier. If the policy had been clearly communicated upfront, we would have made alternate arrangements accordingly. Eventually, we were left with no choice but to eat the food without warming it, and even without plates. We had to order disposable plates through Blinkit. This lack of basic service was extremely disappointing. Adding to the discomfort, the air conditioner in our room was not cooling properly. Despite calling the staff multiple times, the issue remained unresolved. Overall, the hotel staff seemed poorly trained and uncoordinated, and there was a clear lack of communication and responsiveness. For a reputed brand like Radisson, this level of service is simply unacceptable. We sincerely hope the management takes these concerns seriously and works toward better staff training and guest service.
