My recent visit to the Park Inn by Radisson Bacolod was an absolute delight! I give them a full 5 stars for their incredible staff. Every single person we interacted with was kind and accommodating, making our stay truly memorable. One of the highlights was spending time at the pool area. The beautiful sunsets from that location are something special and a must-see! It was the perfect backdrop for a relaxing evening. We also enjoyed the food which was delicious and satisfying. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel. The combination of wonderful staff, great amenities, and stunning views makes it a perfect choice for anyone visiting Bacolod.

We recently had dinner at Park Inn by Radisson Bacolod and were truly impressed by the exceptional service, professionalism, and warm hospitality we received. Although we didn’t stay at the hotel, our dining experience alone was more than enough to leave a lasting impression. The food was delicious, beautifully presented, and served with great care. We’d like to commend the chef and the waitresses for their outstanding food preparation and customer service — everything was handled with precision and grace. We’d also like to give a special mention to the amazing team who accommodated us throughout our visit: Sir Third, Sir Ryan, Miss Tiffany, Miss Vina, and Sir Dave. Your attention to detail, warm demeanor, and professionalism made our evening feel extra special. You went above and beyond to ensure we had an excellent experience from start to finish. We highly recommend dining at Park Inn Bacolod for anyone looking for great food and even greater service. We’re already looking forward to coming back!

I recently stayed at Park Inn by Radisson Bacolod and had an amazing experience! The hotel's location is perfect, being directly connected to SM City Bacolod makes it super convenient for shopping and dining. Last minute errands were not a hassle because of this. It is also conveniently located near the Manokan Country where we enjoyed their specialty - Inasal! The staff were friendly and helpful, always willing to lend a hand. Special shout out to Maricar, Cleo, Marian, Jennie, and the rest of the dining staff at Arima! Food was delicious with a variety of selections for the breakfast buffet. Coffee is good too! The room was comfortable and clean, with a great view of the city. My kids and I enjoyed a dip at the pool (well downside is that there are no steps to go down, just a ladder - not so senior friendly) Overall, I would highly recommend Park Inn by Radisson Bacolod to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in Bacolod City. It's definitely worth the price and I would stay here again next time I visit.
