We had two nights in the center of Berlin, hotel was comfortable, clean, with free water and some snacks - which was very good sign and essential after long walk. Nice view from windows, plus vouchers for drink - was also nice
Just back from an excellent trip. I found all the staff very welcoming and friendly, any questions I had they were willing and able to help with. The hotel overall and the room was very clean and well maintained. I had breakfast and 1 dinner in the restaurant, service and food both great. Location of the hotel was perfect and central with good transport links to the airport and other parts of the city. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel to others!
The hotel was exceptional, we enjoyed our room and how spacious and equipped it was. The viewing terrace on the roof was a great experience to add to our trip. The downsides included hairs on our pillow (we both have fair hair and these were dark so definitely not ours) and the shower temperature was inconsistent making it very difficult to enjoy a wash. Every staff member we encountered was lovely and helpful. Being vegan, we were well catered for and the staff made sure to provide us with all of the vegan breakfast options each day. We will definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family. The bed was extremely comfortable and we had a great nights sleep every single night.
