Had a wonderful stay here, welcoming staff, very polite and quick to respond to your requests. There is a microwave near front desk that you can use for heating/preparing your own food, very useful for families with babies. Location is not that bad actually, from Diegem station is at walkable distance, from there you could travel to central area. Bathrooms in room do not have a lock on door but the room ambience and aesthetic compensates that.
It’s a good hotel with decent prices, hospitable and welcoming staff and clean rooms. A bit far from the central Brussels but quite convenient if you land at odd hours at the airport being quite close proximity to it. Uber charge close to 20 Euros to reach hotel from airport while Bus R26 may cost only 3 euros per traveller. I would definitely visit again if I land at Brussels airport in future, and can recommend to other fellow travellers.
Extremely disappointing and unprofessional service I had a very frustrating experience with this hotel. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I needed to change the date of my reservation. I contacted the hotel well in advance, expecting at least a basic level of flexibility or customer support. Instead, I was met with complete refusal to make any changes — not even to discuss options or offer alternatives. To make matters worse, the staff member on the phone hung up on me mid-conversation, which is absolutely unacceptable and incredibly rude. This level of disrespect and lack of professionalism is shocking for any hospitality business. I strongly advise others to think twice before booking here. If anything goes wrong or plans change, don't expect any help or understanding. A hotel that treats guests like this does not deserve your money.
