Excellent Stay at Park Inn by Radisson Iloilo – Outstanding Service! I recently stayed at the Park Inn by Radisson and had a wonderful experience. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with all the amenities needed for a relaxing stay. But what really stood out was the exceptional service. A special shoutout to Camille from the food area, who went above and beyond to make our dining experience enjoyable. She was incredibly warm, attentive, and accommodating, making sure everything was perfect. It’s rare to come across such genuine hospitality, and she truly made a difference in our stay.

Stayed at Park Inn for 2 nights. Overall it was a pleasant stay. The kindness of the staff, especially Aaron and Karl were very evident. Several staff at the breakfast service were also very kind. Room - Rightly sized, though comparably smaller than other international chain hotel. Still it felt spacious enough and the value you get for the room rate is very good. The bed, pillows, and linen were all very comfortable. Location - Right next to SM and near several restaurants and bars. Convenient location Service - Several staff were very pleasant and welcoming so I felt very at ease during my stay. Amenities - I used the pool twice. I think they heat the water since it was not cold to swin in the evenings. It was clean. I can highly recommend staying here.

It’s day 5 of 8 of our stay at Park Inn by Radisson Iloilo and we have been impressed by everything that this hotel has to offer. It is in a very convenient location just steps from shopping, food, entertainment and spas. The hotel is very clean, well-maintained and smells good all over. The breakfast buffet has big selections it reminds me of high-end hotels and definitely better than many chain hotels I’ve been to. But what stood out is the top-notch service and friendliness of the staff, from the staff/security at the lobby and the second floor bridge to the mall, the front desk, the dining room staff to the housekeeping/room service staff. I especially appreciate how all the staff go above and beyond treating my 2 year old toddler like a VIP, anticipate his needs and offer things even without being asked, to keep him entertained and me and my wife relaxed. Everything about this hotel is 5-stars except for the price, so you’re really getting the most bang for your buck! I highly recommend this hotel!
