I’ve been in a Radisson Hotel for the first time and I’ve been positively surprised. At arrival everything was perfectly organised and the employees are very friendly and do their best to help you in any way. Muhammad even let me use his private phone to call my airline as I didn’t have any way to reach them with my own phone. The rooms are very clean and modern, there is nothing I’d miss. The breakfast won’t leave any space for further wishes, it’s fantastic! As I’ll go back to the same area again soon I’ll definitely choose this hotel again. I had a pleasant stay!
Everything about my stay was perfect. The staff were warm and attentive, the room was spotless and clean, and the amenities were top-notch. The food was delicious, especially the breakfast buffet, and the quietness was a true highlight. I felt pampered from start to finish. Highly recommend!
Staff is super helpful and friendly. Muhammed and Bedirhan were exceptional in how they went above and beyond to make us feel at home. The hotel in general was well run and the staff overall were impressive. A hotel can be luxurious and nicely decorated etc but what makes the real difference is the staff. We wanted to say thank you.
