All good 12 days here , I been entertained very high services and top notch professionalism. From housekeeping department, cafeteria, receptionist. Will come back again .
Very quiet place. Rooms are very neat and cleaned. Staff were very polite. Too much verity in lunch breakfast and dinner too. Overall experience is very good. Highly recommended 👍
I stayed at this hotel for three nights and asked to extend for one more night. They told me it was totally fine, but when I came to the reception to confirm, they said they couldn’t do the extension due to a system issue. No real solution, no effort to help. I had to find another hotel last minute—which turned out to be a much better experience with faster service and better organization. This hotel needs to seriously improve its customer service and internal systems.
