I would like to sincerely thank you for the hospitality and the wonderful experience we had during our stay in your hotel. i truly appreciate the cleanliness, security, professional service, and the warm welcome from your staff. Everything was well-organized and made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. However, we would like to bring to your attention one important thing that could be improved, the food options for vegetarian guests. We noticed that vegetarian options were very limited, and in some cases, not well-prepared and sufficient at all We kindly recommend expanding the vegetarian menu and ensuring those guests are catered to with the same care and attention as others. This improvement would make your hotel even more inclusive and accommodating for all types of guests. Thank you again for your great service. We look forward to returning in the future. The staff are excellent from airport pick up drivers to the service team. Very comfortable beds and clean rooms. Excellent location if you are traveling for work and need to put in extra hours in the night - very quiet and comfortable working table. The front office team always makes things possible.

Exceptional service! I was here for two months! The hotel is well situated close to all amenities you ever need.The rooms are soo big!, felt like home away from home; The staff are warm, professional and helpful. They were always on standby if I needed anything I would get it in shortest time possible. The views are great especially at night and there is barbecue on most Saturday afternoon. I used to enjoy the music as well; the terrace at the dining area was always good vibes and views. The staff have a good rapport with guests: the Manager, Micheal was always at the breakfast area chatting with guests and helping them around the space. Overall it was a great 8 weeks of staying at Radisson and I will stay here again whenever I am in Kigali.
