I had a truly wonderful experience at this hotel. The rooms were comfortable, the atmosphere was welcoming, and every detail felt thoughtfully managed. What truly stood out, however, was the outstanding service at breakfast, thanks to Paulina in the restaurant. Her warm attitude, attention to detail, and genuine care made each morning a pleasure. She went above and beyond to ensure guests felt taken care of — always with a smile. Paulina is a true asset to the team and made my stay even more memorable. Highly recommend this hotel, especially if you’re lucky enough to start your day with her excellent service!
I was with my partner for the weekend in Krakow and tempted by the opinions of friends from this hotel, we rented a room. Clean, well-kept rooms, helpful reception, delicious dinner and sensational breakfasts and breakfast service. Our attention was drawn to the fact that the buffet was quickly replenished by the kitchen staff. Friendly Mrs. Paulina made every effort to ensure that we were satisfied with the quality of the food. I recommend this hotel, especially after a party night 😉
We stayed here for 2 nights, it was good and comfy. There are water dispensers which made it better for us. The breakfast was good and had verity of options. However the rooms are a bit small but overall clean and quiet with good services.
