My experience was quite opposite to some of the negative reviews here. The check-in staff were very nice, there was a small fruit plate waiting in my room when I arrived (with some excellent Gabonese chocolate). The pools are shared with the other Radisson and are clean and nice. The room was spacious and clean and looked better in real life than in the pictures. The only bad thing was the bed's headboard which probably needs replacing or a deep washing since it looks a bit stained. The cocktail I had at the bar was simple but nice, however, I'm not sure why they charged me $16.57 for a G&T which was 7500F on the menu. You might want to check your bill before paying (which I didn't). Overall I would recommend the hotel!

The service experience at this hotel is utterly terrible. The only good thing that made it bearable was the efforts of Miss Keishia. They were overbooked and made us wait into the lobby for six hours before allocating a room. The room provided had exposed wiring from wall plug sockets and stained bed sheets. Further they did not change those bed sheets the following day until I complained about them. The same issue with their towels. Their room service number doesn't work and when you do get through via an operator, the service is just as terrible. I ordered room service and had to wait for close to two hours for my food. And this was only because I had to phone repeatedly to follow up on them.
