I’m a traveler from Taiwan, and I want to sincerely thank Sofiane, one of the amazing staff members here. He kindly helped our tour group when we had a problem with a locked room door, and his warm smile truly made my trip unforgettable. Merci beaucoup, Sofiane! I cannot recommend this hotel. The wifi functions sometimes. The aircon is hardly present. No fridge in the room. 1 l of water is 7 euros. After house keeping there's no fresh towels. Charging Radisson prices, not delivering!
Probaby one of the worst hotel in town waited 30 mn to have my room Keys as there was no one at the desk. Everything is tired in this hotel.. keep off....
