We really had a wonderful stay at the hotel few days ago! 😊Our family suite was great, spacious, clean and very cosy! We had a big terrace with a wonderful view of the city! 😊All the staff are very nice, kind, friendly and professional especially Mr. Sari who welcomed us and was very nice and patient while we practiced our German with him during our stay! 😊We will definitely come back! 😊Vielen Dank! 😊

Modern Comfort in Linz’s Heart While it might not be a luxury property or a fancy stay option, this property delivers on its promise of modern comfort in the city center. The hotel feels contemporary and well-maintained, with a professional atmosphere that works equally well for business travelers and leisure guests. LOCATION: The location is unbeatable. Park Inn by Radisson Linz is located in the heart of the city center, just a few steps away from shopping streets and the main pedestrian zone. I could walk to virtually everything I wanted to see in Linz, including the main shopping areas and historic sites. The connection to public transport is excellent due to the proximity to the Landstraße, making it easy to explore beyond the city center. DINE + DRINK: The hotel restaurant provides seasonal, international cuisine, and while I didn't dine there for dinner, the breakfast quality gave me confidence in their culinary capabilities. ROOM: We stayed in Room 706, which was a SUITE ROOM, so this review is based on that; SIZE: Spacious enough for 2 adults wth a living area and a seperate bedroom area; VIEW: the biggest selling point of the suite/hotel is the stunning huge balcony attached to the suite that came with spectacular views of the heritage architecture, high rises and the mountains!; AIR-CON: Perfectly functioning cooler that helped in setting the perfect room temperature; BED: Comfortable bed that played the expected part of putting us to sleep; BATHROOM: Good-sized bathroom with a Stand-in shower; TOILETRIES: Lovely spa-quality toiletries FACILITIES: Compact Gym with a basic range of weights, workout stations, and Cardio machines SERVICE: Friendly staff that cared for all our needs with a smile and made us feel at home and well taken care of. Special Shout-out to SOPHIA and MIA from the front office for enhancing our stay experience! HOW WIRED YOU WILL BE: Free Wi-Fi that works well all over the property, and the speed is good! Small Smart TV dishing out a wide variety of channels spanning sports, news, music, movies, and entertainment, but mostly ONLY in the local language!

They must have lost their minds. We had booked this hotel for our make-over-event Princess for one day before - and were happy. This time, it took 19 mails to get a response from banquet. Nineteen. Then, they "forgot" to tell us that on the day of the event they were in the middle of a marathon and it would be at hour walk from the parking outside the city to the hotel. We had to refund quite a few of our seasoned participants - they just could not handle the walk. When checking out, they overly apologized for all this and more which I was able to forgive, as they charged us only for the rooms and not the event facilities which was possibly the only appropriate thing to do. Now, many months later, they charged the event facility to my credit card - without even sending any notice let alone a bill. We will never go there again - and dispute the credit card charge. Unbelievable.
