The Hotel is situated at a great location close to the main road. Parking comes with additional cost which was not expected but it’s ok I came to know the majority of the hotel charges for parking. I saw in our room bathroom was attached with a small kitchen deck and an adjusting fridge. So, my advice is if you can put the fridge away from it that it would be much better.

I spent one night at the hotel and was warmly welcomed by the friendly staff upon my arrival. My room had a few minor issues, but they were not significant enough to raise any complaints. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I appreciated having two different types of pillows to choose from. However, I felt that a couch would have been a nice addition for seating in the room. The hotel is conveniently located right next to the tram line and is not far from the CBD

This accommodation is currently undergoing renovations, yet it remains open to guests. While it’s understandable that upgrades can take time, the renovation process here seems to be dragging on far longer than expected. Staff are friendly. It would be great to have no smoking rooms as the room smells of cigarettes. The works are very noticeable, and the ongoing construction detracts from the overall experience — both in terms of aesthetics and comfort. That said, it's worth noting that the hotel is still doing its best to accommodate visitors despite the disruptions. Parking is a definite plus at this location. There’s ample space, and it's easy to access, which makes checking in and out relatively hassle-free. The property is also incredibly well-situated — one of its strongest assets. With tram stops right at the front door, getting into the city or around the local area is incredibly convenient. For those relying on public transport, the location alone is a major selling point. As for the rooms, they are functional but very basic. Everything seems to operate at the bare minimum level — beds, bathrooms, and general amenities are serviceable, but nothing really stands out as impressive. It feels like the focus is on utility rather than comfort or style. This might be acceptable for a short stay or for travelers prioritizing budget and location over luxury. There is potential here, and if the renovations are eventually completed and done well, this property could be a genuinely attractive place to stay. Until then, it’s best described as a no-frills option in a great location — one that could greatly improve with time and attention to detail.
