My stays at the Park Inn by Radisson Nairobi Westlands have always been stellar, and it’s all thanks to the incredible staff. Mercy, Dominick, George, Sunday, and Harriet transform the hotel into a home away from home. They treat me like family, and their dedication to making each guest feel special is unmatched. The rooms are always impeccably clean, and the service is top-notch. Their commitment to going above and beyond makes every visit memorable. I’m truly grateful for these experiences and can’t recommend this hotel enough

Had a two night stay on our leg back home after a Safari. Just the kind of stay we needed after a week long Safari. Relaxing with some food and good amenities. The restaurant in the ground floor has decent food options though we mostly had pizza. The staff at the restaurant were mostly friendly. We also got some room service and again the staff were helpful The front desk staff can improve being more hospitable as you are the first ones greeting that guests every morning. Location is perfect, safe and close to shopping and the Sarit mall. I would recommend the hotel for a night or two if you are staying in Nairobi.

The worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. The staff here showed no care to the customer. There was no hot water for showering and no one came until 40 mins later and calling 5 times to front desk. Every time they said they will sent someone as soon as possible but no-one came. Our friends who are coming with us left early at around 5AM on the next day and the front desk staff keeps calling the my room asking if they needs to check-out. It’s 5AM so if you can show some caring, you should avoid calling the room directly this early. The manager who promised to waive the breakfast fee for two due to what happened on first day, asked us to pay for it during check-out on 2nd day. I want to escalate to his manager but he refused to provide me his general manager’s email or phone number and blocked the gate until we made the payment. It’s my First time staying at Raddison hotel and horrible experience. i will stick with other hotel chain for future travel.
