🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 5-Star Review I had a truly wonderful stay at Country Inn, Navi Mumbai. The staff was extremely professional, courteous, and efficient across every department. The in-room dining was prompt and tasty, while the buffet meals at the restaurant were delicious and well-managed by a warm and attentive team. Housekeeping was consistent and kept the room spotless throughout my stay. A special thanks to *Mr. Paresh*, the manager, for being approachable and helpful. I also appreciate the restaurant manager (name unknown) for his dedication. What truly impressed me was their flexibility—they allowed me a late checkout at 2:30 PM upon request, which made a big difference as my flight was later in the day. Overall, a great experience. I’d love to stay here again on my next Mumbai visit. Highly recommended!
Prominent and easy-to-reach location from highway, just 300m off NH48. Hotel interiors are upscale, staff is warm & friendly and service is top notch. Spacious, well-furnished clean rooms, with decent washrooms. Bedroom linen and towel were spotless clean. Standard toiletries and slippers provided. Washrooms have high water pressure and hot water. Food taste was good. Indian dishes were not oily. Breakfast spread offered limited choice, but all food, coffee and juices were well made.
It was a good stay, I travelled in the last week of April 2025, for business purpose. The room was cleaned appropriately and the ambience in general was very good. However, I faced a major situation when, post 12 hours of office, I came back and ordered in-room dining service but did not get my order. When I called to check in, I was informed that the person forgot to register it or communicate to the chef. So the hotel offered me the food complimentary but that does not really make a difference when your company is paying for the trip and it ended up 1 am when I finally ate. This is something I do not appreciate so I would request the management to keep a keen eye on such aspects considering it’s a business hotel. Further, I found a cockroach when using the common washroom near the reception area.
