Park Inn by Radisson Neumarkt

Excellent hotel. We had a little misunderstanding about the price including breakfast or not but it was dealt with swiftly. We had the superior room and it had everything we needed including a balcony and airconditioning. The staff is young and friendly, especially Celina at breakfast. She was very attentive and professional and an asset to the Radisson and we hope she is appreciated. All in all a hotel to come back to.

The room was bigger than any other hotel I stayed in during my 3 week visit to Germany. However, my room was very dark and I did not have the greatest internet service. There are some good restaurants within an easy 5 minute walk from the hotel. Even though checkout was late morning the cleaning staff knocked on my room well before that to see if I was still there.

We traveled with our 9 months old daughter and asked for a family room. The had no refrigerator and they asked us to store our baby food in the reception facility. Thee air conditioning was broken, the room was hot and they moved us to another one with the same problem. When we asked for refund they were hiding before some temperature regulations forgetting that their room costs 125 euros / night and they have 4 stars showed outside. Also very poor in handling our request.
