Park Inn by Radisson Nürnberg

We stayed here in a double for a weekend trip to Nürnberg and it was a 9/10. The price was reasonable for the size of the room, which was spacious. The furnishings were very modern and the bed comfortable. The bathroom was modern and clean, and there was plenty of storage. Tea and coffee were in the room for us, however there were no spare pillows in the room, and we only had one each. At check-in the staff member serving us seemed a bit offish and unfriendly, but there were no issues, at all other times staff were friendly and check out was a simple card drop. The location is ideal for those arriving by train, as it’s a short walk from the main train station. You can quite easily get here from the airport too on the metro. Getting into the city can be done via a few routes but none are so far that they cant be easily done on foot. There is a large tramstop nearby as well as a small regional train station down the road. Lovely hotel, would have been 10/10 if not for the lack of pillows and the uncomfortable check-in.

Great hotel. Perfect location. Close to main attractions and public transportation. Friendly and welcoming staff. Very quiet. Spacious rooms. Modern interior and furnishing. At home feel.

We stayed at Radisson Nurnberg almost a year ago. The AC was not working on a hot day. They brought a fan to our room and promised to make it work in a couple of hours. It was not working during the whole stay. We shared our complaints with the hotel manager. She said the hotel room DOES NOT INCLUDE THE AC, and you are paying for the room. We literally asked her to repeat herself because we couldn't believe what we heard. She was very confident while talking. We shared our complaints with Radisson, however, not received even an apology. Even though it has been a while, I wanted to write this comment to share this absurdity with others.
