It was an unexpected visit to this hotel in December, 2023. The staff has been extremely polite and professional for foreign visitors. 😊 Management has been friendly as well. Although I had tried their food/dishes for the first time, they were wonderful and healthy. 🍸 The staff guided me to nearby places for travel.🚶🏻♂️ Paula had been extremely helpful as she assisted me with cab bookings as I had no idea in the foreign land about their technical services or the usable platforms.🌐 This was my everlasting experience and is still refreshing after 18 months. I am planning to travel somewhere but this country experience seemed like heaven ☁️👼🏻🪽
Stayed in the Junior Suite at Park Inn Putrajaya and had a fantastic experience! The room was spacious, clean, and well-designed – perfect for a comfortable stay. I especially appreciated the cozy seating area and modern layout. Service throughout the hotel was genuinely warm and attentive. The management even greeted me personally, which added a special touch. As a Radisson Rewards VIP member, I received an upgrade, complimentary breakfast, and a lovely welcome treatment – all of which made me feel truly valued. Great hospitality, quiet location, and excellent value for money. Highly recommended for both business and leisure stays around Putrajaya!
