Park Inn by Radisson Sadu Moscow Hotel

Nice hotel, but the staff is not very good and I mean those who are behind the tables to receive guests

We are a group that frequently organizes trips, and we chose this hotel based on its good reviews, which seem to reflect its past reputation. Unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing. The rooms were in poor condition, unclean, and not serviced daily. Additionally, the staff’s behavior was unprofessional, and we encountered discriminatory treatment in some instances. When we requested an upgrade to a cleaner or better room, we were initially asked to pay an extra fee, but a few hours later, the price was inexplicably increased to ten times the original amount. This experience did not meet our expectations and calls for urgent action to improve the hotel’s services.

My mom travels a lot, and she has never been to a 4 stars hotel with this type of bad treatment from the receptionist and the cleanliness (as the rooms were really dirty when she arrived, the bed sheet was used also they didnt clean the rooms on daily basis) As we were supposed to go to the same hotel this summer but of course we canceled that after the experience my mom had!
