Modern, European airport hotel within a short walking distance (0.3 mile) from the closest entrance to the Vilnius Airport. No shuttle. The sidewalk to the airport is very smooth; easy to roll luggage. The in-house restaurant served very good food. Plenty of area for lobby lounging. Rooms are sufficiently sized with comfortable bed(s), closet and drawer space, and a wonderful bathroom/shower with large towels. Early departure go-bags were nicely provided at 4 in the morning. The staff was friendly and set the tone for a relaxing and quick stay.
Overall a pleasant stay. Friendly and helpful staff at reception and the bar. Breakfast was simple but good: oatmeal, muesli, omelette, bacon, veggies, fruit, cheese. One issue though: Arriving late at night after long hours at the border, all I wanted was a clean bed and rest, but unfortunately, I found hair on the pillow and sheets. This really spoiled the first impression. Cleanliness in bed linens is not a small detail, it’s essential to feeling safe and comfortable. One small suggestion: please consider adding glazed curd snacks (“glazed syrki”) to the breakfast menu. Kids love them, and it’s a nice treat when passing through Lithuania without time to stop at a store. We often stay at Air Inn simply because they offer them at breakfast.
I didnt want to post this but i sent an email to the hotel and no one answerd Hello My name is Asi Ovadia and I was a guest in your hotel 17-18 July 2025 (one night) First, I would like to give a special mention to the lady on duty at the reception (sorry, I don't remember her name, she had blonde hair). Upon my arrival, she immediately changed me to a room that matched my reservation (I booked double, and I got twin, but she changed it immediately) and also helped me turn on the a.c . and helped me with the parking. The terrible incident was that while I was sleeping, a flying cockroach landed on me. At first, I was scratching my self during sleeping then I got up, felt it was walking on my skin, and I jumped immediately. I had the chance to take a pic. I was so nervous and shocked. I went down to the reception to complain. The other receptionist ( sorry don’t know her name , black hair and glasses) asked me to show her the pic (as if I have to prove that I am not lying – this is what I felt) and tried to minimize the incident by saying that it was a "normal" flying insect and not a cockroach. It doesn't matter. A flying insect or cockroach landed on me and from that moment on I couldn't sleep. The room was changed but I didn't sleep all night (in addition to the fact that the pillows are simply terrible and uncomfortable at all) I scratched all night. I am aware that this is a psychological and not a medical issue, but I could not fall asleep, and I must say that this is not the experience you expect when you book a hotel of such a large order in a reputable chain like yours. In addition, even if this sad event hadn’t been happened, I'm not sure I would have been able to fall asleep so quickly and comfortably since the pillows are simply terrible. I'm curious to know if any of you have tried sleeping on them. As you can see this email is written at 0340 am – I CANT SLEEP ! Its my first time in park inn and I m not sure there will be next time.
