Park James

My fiancée and I stayed at Park James Hotel for just one night, but it was a great experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a nice modern touch. Everything felt easy and relaxed from the moment we arrived. Sabina at the front desk was amazing — super welcoming and professional. She made us feel taken care of right away. Would definitely stay again if we're in the area.

I loved my stay here! The rooms are beautifully renovated with a sleek, modern design and thoughtful details—double sinks and high-end finishes. The courtyard is especially memorable: peaceful, lush, and made even better with live relaxing music in the evenings. Everything feels very high tech but still warm and welcoming. The drinks were excellent, and the service was genuinely top-notch—friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience feel special. Would definitely stay here again!

This is a designated hotel for Meta business trips. The hotel is quite new and the room is well functioning. The location is near a Caltrain station so it is convenient to take the train. They do house keeping every day which is better than most hotels. The down side is that because this is not part of any hotel groups, there is no benefit like free breakfast, free coffee or free bottled water for high tier members.
