The room was ideally placed in the centre of the city. To gain access you get a passcode to get in . I found trying to get the key out of the letterbox a challenge as the lock was at a weird angle and the lighting wasn’t great. We stayed in the second floor at the back (31) which was quiet. It was clean and modern. The bed was so comfortable, I preferred it to a Premier Inn bed. The only downside is there’s no ventilation in the room so you have to use a fan which wasn’t much use on a hot day/night we stayed there ( end of July). And noisy when trying to sleep 💤. By the door is a blind which let a bit of light in as there was a skylight directly outside.Apart from that we would definitely stay there again. There is a car park but we arrived by train which is about a 15 minute walk from Central, 5-10 if you get off at Queen Street station

Perfect location, nice and central - rooms are best for sleeping only - kitchen area has kettle, toaster, fridge ideal for breakfast only.. Good shower and comfy bed

Great points- Location is great, close to the city centre only a 5 min walk. Negatives- On face value, the room looked tidy when we walked in however once settled down, we noticed a lot of dust under the bed and on top of the cabinets. The worst one was one of the cooking pots had rust in it which I found to be unacceptable. Apart from that it's an okay place considering how much it did cost for the stay.
