Park Lane Boutique Aparthotel

We really enjoyed our stay here. Our original room had a few problems but Elisabeth and Andrea were quick to sort the problem out for us and really went the extra mile to make sure we had a nice stay which we appreciated. The pool is great, great location, gym room was fantastic and the room with the kitchen was great as it was fully equipped (lots of hotels don’t even include washing up liquid, tea towel, etc). Small details that make a difference. Would recommend!

This hotel is absolutely amazing. I stayed for 3 weeks back in March. For the price, I was expecting minimal service and a basic room. Instead, the studio suite was upgraded to the family apartment (with a fake wall, presumably so they didn't need to clean two of the bedrooms), someone was at the front desk 24/7, and they would even bring breakfast to my room for no additional cost if I asked! All of the staff were absolutely amazing. It was my first time travelling solo, so I ended up with quite a few questions that were answered promptly. The location is perfect, being right next to the bus loop and a 24/7 convenience store. If you're looking for a more immersive experience, this is definitely the place. It isn't as separated from the country as other hotels nearby, but still includes a breakfast room, beautiful lobby, and a rooftop pool. Temperature control in the rooms was easy to figure out and worked well. The hotel was very quiet, but the walls weren't super sound proofed so I did hear people singing in the shower a few times. There's also a cat that is fed by them and hangs out on the patio. She's super friendly and loves the people.

We have just spent 3 nights at Park Lane Aparthotel. The staff, especially Elizabeth, were very friendly and helpful and happily accommodated our requests such as local recommendations and a late check out. The common areas and apartment were modern and tastefully decorated. We had a bedroom, well equipped kitchen, lounge and a balcony which was well used. Worth noting there is only an AC vent in the living area and not the bedroom so it got quite warm at night. The apartment was cleaned each day. The rooftop pool area is a lovely area to relax with plenty loungers and umbrellas for shade. The aparthotel is located well, just a short walk from shops, restaurants, the beach and right next to the bus station which services the island. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again if we returned to St Paul's Bay.
