I had a short stay but the most amazing one! The manager took care of every detail! The attention and patience was unmatched and the service beyond! I was invited for lunch since my room was not ready and the team at the second floor restaurant was amazing! I had a wonderful experience, even on my last day, I went to the rooftop and met Betty a firecracker! She was a great person and made my day! To everyone, from Mo (guest services) to the manager that just started ( sorry bad memory!) and my guys at the second floor restaurant, you know who you are! I thank you so much for making me feel so special! I will be back! Maria 🤩
Booked the Park Lane for my parents’ 30th wedding anniversary and it did not disappoint. Fantastic location with so much to do close by. Rooms were very spacious and breakfast at the rooftop restaurant was delicious/plentiful with spectacular views of Central Park. A special shout out to Karen at the reservation desk who went so out of her way to make their weekend even more special. She was super helpful and accommodating when I had to reschedule and really went out of her way to enhance and customize their overall stay which we all appreciated. Fantastic customer service and I am sure they will be back (as will I) - thank you again.
Overall, a beautiful hotel with stunning views of Central Park. The rooms, however, do not come with coffee makers ,you’ll need to pay an additional $35+ fee for one, on top of a room rate that’s around $600 per night depending on the view and season. Most of the staff were warm and accommodating, which we appreciated. That said, some aspects fell short of the 5-star expectation. The lobby is quite small, and while the room was stylish, it oddly had fans in it — likely because the temperature wouldn’t drop below 72°F on a hot summer day. Unfortunately, the staff didn’t go the extra mile to resolve the issue, which made the experience feel less than exceptional.
