Lovely clean Hotel. Great rooms and friendly, helpful staff. Close to the beach and bars but nice and quiet around the hotel. Would definitely return

Lack of sunbeds, lock on room door not working, lock on balcony door not working, breakfast mediocre. Rooms were ok but not for holidays. Tried to say they had no change for pool towel deposits - complete fabrication when challenged. For what you pay it’s sub par. Stay somewhere else. Oh and if you can’t get a pool side sunbed the hotel for its it’s incompetence charges you €12 for a sunbed on the beach area it owns. Staff seem to wonder around doing nothing.

Arrived to the hotel to find out its 20 euros to park my car on site or in a car park 3km away from the hotel. I was quickly pushed to take my car to the car park before I had even checked in but did not get any help with my luggage. The pool area did not have enough umbrellas. When I spoke to the receptionist she said there wasnt enough space but I dont understanding how putting one umbrella in between 2 sunbeds is a problem, there was enough room. The receptionist also had an attitude. Some of the poolside beds were under a timber shelter to cover beds from sun but the shelter had gaps in it which made it ineffective. Clearly had not been fixed or replaced for a while. No service of drinks at the pool so had to go inside the hotel building every time I wanted a drink. Quite often the bar inside the building was unattended. The bar outside by the pool was closed. The hotel advertises as a hotel by the beach yet guests have to pay an additional 10 euros a day for a bed on the beach. At 1700 euros for 6 nights, this was not value for money.
