Cancelled flight, and this was the hotel we were lodged to. The hotel took great care of us, we got originally 2 separate rooms, and changed this to a three bed bedroom, on request. They even kept a buffé open after closing, so we got a bit of food, after a long day. That is good service.
Good airport hotel, free parking, easy access by car. I don't like non-carpet floors, they make it look cold. Windows can't be opened. Fridge didn't work. Received a welcoming bag as a Premium Rewards guest. Appreciated.
Airline booked us this hotel after a cancelation. The staff at the shuttle and front desk were very welcoming and kind, patient, nice, and very accommodating! This goes for the evening and morning staff. 5 star hotels should learn from them how to treat a guest! (The rooms were not that pleasant.)
