I really had a very peaceful and lovely stay! The staff here is excellent and so polite. Just 3 mins walk is a bus stop. The room was so cozy and comfortable. The only thing was the wifi was a little weak since I had to work and I had to use my own mobile data. Overall I highly recommend this place for your next stay in Berlin
Decent place with reasonable prices. The staff are very proficient, respectful , polite and responsible - giving good service and a pleasant experience. The rooms are ok yet there is a problem with the AC which did not work properly and the illumination in the room is quite dim but besides that everything is good.
Nice hotel. Comfortable rooms. It's a little bit of a walk from the nearest sbahn. The hotel identifies as an eco hotel which is cool. Because of this, they don't do anything on the tin unless you ask them to, which is also cool. But I hadn't expected to have to list everything I needed doing :) I asked for fresh towels and coffee which I got, but the bins were also overflowing as it's been there a few days. Great Sarah, very friendly and lovely and comfortable and clean.
