Stayed here for one night as attending a gig at the Principality Stadium, which was a short ten minute walk away. The hotel is beautiful and all the staff were lovely! We couldn't fault this hotel. Our room was great and the breakfast had a brilliant selection! Thank you for a wonderful stay.
An experience I honestly can’t fault, service right from checking in too checking out was friendly and efficient. Rooms were spacious, clean and the bed was incredibly comfy. The pool, gym and steam room was also a lovely extra touch. Will definitely recommend and hope to return in the future.
I appreciate it was a busy weekend with the gig which is why the rate must have been what it was. The hotel was pretty basic and the air con did not work in our room. I would say this is a 3 out of 5 stars in terms of rating. They could have done with more staff on the front desk at times.
