A Place for Every Season – My First Choice in Pula I’ve been returning to Hotel Histria many times a year, and every stay reminds me why it’s my absolute favourite. Whether I’m travelling for work, enjoying a peaceful Easter break, or escaping for a summer holiday, this hotel is always my first choice in Pula. What makes Histria so exceptional is its ability to feel just right in every season. In the warmer months, the crystal-clear sea, the outdoor pool, and the beautiful beaches create the perfect summer getaway. But even during the colder part of the year, the charm doesn’t fade – quite the opposite. The heated indoor pool, the relaxing wellness area, and the stunning sea views make every moment cozy and restorative. The hotel is surrounded by a gorgeous pine forest, with endless paths for walking, running, or just breathing in the fresh air. There are plenty of options for outdoor sports and movement, and the whole area is ideal for recharging body and mind. The hotel itself is elegant and spotlessly clean, with a breathtaking location right on the coast. The view over the sea is spectacular no matter the month, and the atmosphere is one of genuine care. The staff are professional, kind, and truly attentive. Meals are great, beautifully prepared, and clearly made with dedication and heart.

Like Coming Home – A Place I Keep Returning To I have been returning to Hotel Histria for many years, and every stay feels like coming home. There is a unique atmosphere here that is truly hard to find elsewhere – a rare and beautiful combination of high professionalism and genuine warmth. You can feel that the staff truly care about their guests, and that heartfelt approach creates a sense of belonging that brings us back year after year. The hotel itself is beautiful and its location right by the sea offers breathtaking views – just waking up to that horizon is a gift. Food is exceptional, too. Every dinner is a gourmet experience, with delicious meals prepared with love and creativity. The buffet is not only rich and varied, but presented with care and attention to detail. If I could give six stars, I absolutely would. Hotel Histria is not just a place to stay – it’s a place to feel truly welcome.

Having stayed here for a week in June 2025, we thoroughly enjoyed our visit. The restaurant offered a wonderful selection of food, and the hotel was consistently clean and well-maintained. There were numerous comfortable areas to relax, and we never encountered any need to rush for sunbeds, as they were always available. Towels were provided for the pool area, and there were two main bars and a pool bar serving lunch. We found it convenient to use Uber to reach the Pula centre, with the fare being approximately €7 each way. Pula Centre itself offered a vibrant atmosphere with many bars and dining options. We truly enjoyed our first experience in Croatia.
