room was very clean and comfortable. breakfast was delicious and room service was good too. air con worked great as well. bit far out from attractions (maybe 10 minute drive) but with a car that’s no problem, and it was much quieter than other hotels we looked at in the city. staff was very attentive and nice. price to do laundry was also pretty reasonable compared to other hotels we have stayed at
Very Tidy place, I just takes a couple of minutes to check in, food quality is great, staff is very polite and customer centric. Very carefully designed and ambience is superb. I had forgotten my ID card in my room, they not only informed me but also shipped it to my location. Special kudos to Ankita for her help in getting it couriered
The renovation of the hotel is ongoing giving you machine noises over the day . lacking a few basic things in one or the other room. I have been allocated a room on the second floor , which doesn't have a writing table, then shifted to the first floor. In that room , bath towel was kept near the sink, as there was no place to keep or hanging The restaurant has a good dinner buffet with veg variety too 😋 Food quality is good and good is delicious
