We stayed 2 nights here and had a great time. Check in was easy. Friendly staff. My only negative was the breakfast buffet gets busy in the morning. The staff did a great job managing this and worked hard to keep the tables ready for guests in the queue. We went early our second day and it was much better. Overall fantastic stay and staff were amazing. Would definitely recommend!

After many thoughts and considerations, we decided to stay in this hotel. Family of 5 in 2 rooms. I chose and paid for larger rooms so the size was fine. They were not clean at all, the amount of candy wraps and play cards that were below the bed showed that it was absolutely not vacuumed. All the power sockets were broken and I had to ask twice before someone came. The staff is very friendly and the location is fine. Tube and bus right in front of the hotel which is great.

I stayed here one night for a work trip (17/07-18/07). The room itself was nice enough, but there was quite a bit of damage on the sink, the floor, and the shower wasn't particularly good. The bed was great and I liked the AC and room controls even if they can be a bit fiddly. The room itself is quite dark especially given the lack of natural light. This isn't a major problem for me, but is something to consider. The gym was what you'd expect from a hotel gym, this was a highlight for me, enough weights and equipment. I used the Sauna which wasn't super hot which was a shame. I interacted with two staff members whilst here, the first at the desk didn't seem bothered at all, completely unwelcoming and basically just handed me my key and gestured in the general direction of the lifts, this was unacceptable for a 4* establishment. The lady on the Spa level however was particularly nice and helpful. Surprisingly breakfast is not included. I don't think this is normal for a 4* hotel.
