Excellent hotel with all amenities for Family vacation. Very friendly staff. All room requests were addressed promptly. Amazing selection of food on the room menu. Room was spacious, clean and everything was already set up for us (like the Sofa bed). The check-in was delayed for one hour, but we were given complimentary drinks at the bar. Breakfast was amazing, more selections that I could count. Everyone had a great time.
We had a brilliant experience at the Park Plaza London Westminster Bridge Hotel! The location is superb, and our room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. What really stood out, though, was the exceptional service. Paula at the front desk deserves a special mention; she was so friendly, welcoming, and went above and beyond to assist us with all our needs. Her helpfulness truly made a difference to our stay. We wouldn't hesitate to book here again.
Great hotel! We had a fantastic stay here. It's an ideal location to see all the sites in London. It's very family friendly and the service is great! The breakfast buffet was wonderful and the kids loved it as well. 10/10 recommend.
