Overall a great experience primarily because of exceptional qualities of Dia and Vijay. They were great all through the stay. Checked regularly on our needs and experience of stay. Property was a bit under maintenance at few places but they didn't make us feel as there was any lack anywhere. Great guys. Staff overall was also very courteous and good at their work.Good food and cleanliness.Overall it was a good stay.
Was there for a business trip , and over all a very pleasant stay . The staff is extremely polite and helpful. The food was exceptional, buffet breakfast & dinner. Rooms big and well equipped. The only 2 things I personally wasn't thrilled was that the bed( mattress) was very hard and we had an early morning departure there was not hot water in the shower. Rest everything was pretty good and would stay again easily.
We went there for lunch .menu items were missing. I ordered Rita with lunch . They serve raita after lunch.Very bad experience. Wasted my money and time. 0 star rating for food and service. If you were looking good food and service then avoid this place . And I was reading the reviews and it’s funny how they reply. Greetings from park plaza . I have no idea how they running the business
