We had a fantastic stay. Our room was clean, quiet and had an awesome view. All employees we spoke with were very friendly and welcoming, thank you so much for the hospitality!
The hotel is extremely central, located right across from the train station. The rooms are modern and clean, with a nice bathroom. Check-in is quick and professional. On the downside, the breakfast is very standard—nothing more, nothing less.
The biggest plus is the team, extremely helpful and friendly. Unfortunately the AC in our room didn't work and it was very hot inside. The hotel is located in the city centre, so once you open a window it gets very loud.. I forgot Camelback thermos from the room and to my surprise after room service, it couldn't be found... I wouldn't expect it from this class of a hotel. EDIT: Referring to the hotel's response , I contacted the reception desk 1.5 hours after the check out, and the thermos could not be found. I know exactly that I left it on the table, and the conclusion is clear. It has been stolen by cleaning service. It should not happen as the service should not take forgotten items. Moreover, the problem wasn't the noise it was not working AC in room 603.
