A spacious resort with plenty to offer. There are several pools, including a kids’ pool with a slide. There are lots of sun beds but not enough for all, so as soon as the gates open (9:00), people rush to reserve them with towels and then disappear back to their apartments. You can ask staff to remove towels some do some don’t. The stone beach is nice, with a floating platform and various water activities available for an extra fee. Unfortunately, there are very few playgrounds or play structures for children. There are several restaurants with mixed quality, plus a supermarket, a coffee spot, a pharmacy, and a few small shops on-site. The kids’ club (a big plus!) is large and well organized, with activities during the day and evening entertainment too. Inside the kids have a playground, football table, arts & crafts. Our kids (5&9) had a lot of fun there. Staff is friendly and helpful. They only need to fix the airconditioning🙈
Martina at reception is a superstar! Helpful and knowledgeable. The room was OK, but had some death stairs. No elevator to the rooms and tricky to navigate where to go. Everything was OK and clean, and if you like tennis - this is the place for you. The entire park plaza area is lovely with some rock beaches and several pools.
This is our fourth time coming back, so clearly we enjoy staying here. The area is beautiful, the staff is friendly, and we always eat and drink well. However, this year we noticed for the first time that non-hotel guests are using the pool. They often wear dirty clothes and are quite loud. I asked one of the servers about it, and he said they are powerless to do anything, although I believe this issue could be easily managed. It also affects our sense of security, knowing that anyone can just walk into the pool area, where we leave our valuables while swimming.
