I recently stayed at the Park Plaza Victoria London and was thoroughly impressed. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and efficient. My room was beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, and had all the amenities I could need. The location is perfect, with easy access to public transportation and many of London’s top attractions. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options, and the hotel’s bar was a great place to unwind after a busy day of sightseeing. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting London!

I stayed here recently with my family and had a fantastic experience. The hotel is just a short walk from Victoria Station, making travel with kids super easy. Our room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable—plenty of space for the whole family. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout, and the on-site restaurant offered great options even for fussy eaters! We also loved being so close to attractions like Buckingham Palace and Big Ben, all within walking distance. Highly recommended for families visiting London—comfortable, convenient, and welcoming!

Like several of the other reviews made here, when I checked in during the evening, the front desk staff was cold and unwelcoming. During my first encounter, I had asked the staff to repeat what she was saying because she spoke so softly. She looked at me for a moment and made no effort to hide her annoyance. I had also booked a room with two beds, but upon entering the room, I realized I was incorrectly assigned a room with one king bed. Unfortunately, I had to go down again to speak with the front desk staff. I enjoyed the proximity to Victoria Station and the relatively large rooms. However, the age of the room was clearly showing. The hallways were dimly lit, the furniture was worn out and there were stains on the carpet, bed sheets and towels. Given my poor initial experience with the front desk staff, I made no effort to express my concerns. I noticed that this was the crew hotel for an American airline which means the hotel does meet a minimum threshold in terms of quality. However, overall, I would say this is just a mediocre hotel.
