I stayed in this 4-star hotel recently. Overall, the experience was average. The service was decent—not outstanding, but acceptable. The room was small and felt a bit tight. The location is away from the city center, which might be a downside for some, but it’s conveniently close to tram stations, making it easy to get around. Considering the general standard of hotels in the country, this one is actually among the better options, even if it’s not a luxury hotel by international standards. It has its pros and cons, but it gets the job done for a comfortable stay. A special thanks to Marina—she was very friendly and helpful during my visit. And before I checked out, she kindly offered me a waffle, which was such a sweet and thoughtful gesture. Thank you, Marina!
Not worth the price, and from far! When it’s supposed to stand at fairly high standards, the room is tiny, dirty ( you will easily find things of your predecessors in the room!), sofa serve as bed and the tap is hardly fixed on the sink… the most disappointing since a while! (And I don’t spend a month without staying in an hotel)
The room is far too small. The price is not fair. The value for money is poor. Service charges and taxes account for almost one-third of the total cost, and this is only shown at the very end of the booking process. Service is inattentive, and essential items are missing from the room. The hotel’s location is lovely, but I still would absolutely not recommend the hotel
