The check-out experience was terrible. The owner was very rude and was asking us to pay Rs 2000 in fines for a very small food stain on a bedsheet. He was even threatening to close the gates and said he won't let us leave. Just horrible customer service. Edit: In response to the comment by the hotel. What do you mean by "disturbance"? No complaints about disturbance were conveyed to us while we were in the hotel, but now all of a sudden you are bringing this up. It clearly means you are just hallucinating trying to negate our review. Also, you can cook Maggi in kettles, we do this in our personal kettles all the time. They are easy to clean. I noticed how you didn't respond to the bedsheet stain that i addressed earlier in the comment. You guys were literally asking us to pay almost as much as the room price itself in fines. It clearly shows that you know what you did was wrong and now you are just trying to preserve your fake reputation and ego. Also, you dare bring up us threatening you with negative reviews, lol. You were literally saying that you will close the hotel gates and won't allow us to leave. That's a literal kidnapping/hostage threat. This is my message to all the people who see this review, never ever go to this hotel because of the dumb egotistical owner/manager whatever he was. The guy has zero idea of how to run a business and how to treat customers.

Great rooms but very Rude General manager. I think he has anger issues and shouted at us without any reason. Also he threatened us to call the police for this small stain.
