An Unforgettable Stay, Highly Recommended! The best part of this hotel is the unlimited access to the fantastic beach. you can go snorkeling whenever you want, completely FREE! It truly made our trip special. We stayed for two weeks in two beachfront rooms (7102 and 7103), and from start to finish, the experience was excellent. The hotel staff, including the managers, receptionists, waiters, pool-boys, and housekeepers, were all exceptional. Everyone went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and joyful. A special mention goes to our housekeeper, Ali. He was incredibly respectful, hardworking, and friendly. His dedication and attention to detail made a real difference in our stay. When my daughter was unwell, he genuinely cared, checking in to ask how she was doing and if we needed anything for her specifically. That kind of personal touch meant a lot to us. The receptionist even called us to check if everything was going well and if we needed anything. The dining experience was equally great, with attentive staff and managers constantly making sure everything ran smoothly. We would definitely come back here again and will be recommending this place to friends and family. A truly memorable experience!

We stayed at this hotel with family from June 25 to July 4 and absolutely loved it. The grounds are beautifully green and well-maintained. The beach has an easy entry into the sea, and there are plenty of fish to see, so you don’t even need to go to the pontoon for snorkeling—just make sure to bring water shoes. The food was delicious and varied. The staff were wonderful—friendly and attentive. A big thank you to the bartenders, waiters, and chefs! And a special thanks to the chef who made the most delicious flatbreads in the oven. We had a fantastic time at the hotel and are already planning to come back in August

# Outstanding Review of Park Regency Resort My recent stay at Park Regency Resort was truly remarkable, thanks to the exceptional service provided by the staff, particularly Ali, Hossain, Mohammed Salah, and the Food and Beverages Director, Mr. Yumri. From the moment we arrived, the warm hospitality set the tone for a wonderful experience. **Room Service by Ali** Ali's room service was impeccable. He was prompt, courteous, and attentive to our needs. Every request was met with a smile, and he ensured that our stay was as comfortable as possible. It was a pleasure to interact with someone so dedicated to guest satisfaction. **Food Served by Hossain (waiter)** Hossain's food service was another highlight of our stay. The meals he served were consistently delicious, and his recommendations were spot on. He took the time to ensure that we enjoyed our dining experience, making it both memorable and enjoyable. **Hospitality by Mohammed Salah** Mohammed Salah exemplified what true hospitality means. His genuine warmth and attention to detail made us feel welcome. He took the time to engage with us, making our family feel valued throughout our stay. **Welcoming Atmosphere by Mr. Yumri** Mr. Yumri, the Food and Beverages Director, was very welcoming and attentive. His presence added a special touch to our dining experiences, and his commitment to guest satisfaction was evident. While I sent a positive email to the resort's CEO to express my gratitude, I was disappointed not to receive a response. A simple acknowledgment, as is customary among many CEOs and their teams, would have been appreciated. I also noted that, as the only British Asian family at the resort, there were many moments in the dining area where the service felt less attentive. Other guests received better greetings and more engagement from the staff (Management). Additionally, I observed that the delivery of drinks and other services seemed to be more prompt for non-Asian guests, at times i had to wait 15 mins to get drink's. While this was my observation, it did not overshadow the overall positive experience we had. In conclusion, Park Regency Resort is a fantastic destination with great amenities and staff who genuinely care about their guests. Despite some inconsistencies in service, I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable getaway! P.s majority of the guest are the most unpleasant people i have come across (mostly non British, probably Russian etc) no manners, would not even smile, let alone talk. Though they still get more VIP service (as mentioned earlier) in the dining area, will jump the queue. I travel alot and never came to a Hotel where they had very little or non existent of mix origin.
