🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Great hotel with excellent service! I’d like to give a special thank you to Zaheer — he welcomed us warmly, helped with our luggage, explained everything clearly, and showed us around. He was very friendly and always smiling. He even suggested we relax by the pool while waiting for our room to be ready, which was so thoughtful after a long trip. The room was clean and comfortable, with everything we needed. The staff overall were kind, polite, and attentive. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back. Thank you for the great hospitality!

This was a beautiful hotel. The staff were great and helpful. The breakfast that was an extra fee was great. Hannah who worked at the food souk was very nice and sweet. Zaheer was great as well, he was so helpful and friendly. The room was very spacious and clean. Great location! Taxis are easy to get.
