Park Regis Cocobay

We loved our stay, the hotel (now called Carinaye) was very nice with a great pool, and buggy service to the beach (about 5 minutes by buggy). The staff were friendly and helpful and the rooms were really clean and comfortable. The only down side was that it was a bit far from the beach and there are no local eating places in walking distance - you have to get a grab or have a car. The food at the hotel was really expensive. I would recommend the hotel

Great view, if you’re looking for a cheaper alternative away from city but don’t want to be far from Hoi An and DaNang then Cocobay would most likely answer your question. Not a bad 4 star hotel, don’t expect it to be on the same as the resorts along the beach but it does the job with decent selection of buffet breakfast, great swimming pool with a bar next to it. Room service provided every day and great view of Danang city and Marble Mountain with balcony. Good variety of convenient stores nearby either by walking or via electric carts.

Worst experience, worst staffs and services at the worst hotels running by a crooked company (search yourself about them). Booked at Naman Retreat but they sacrificed me for a incoming group, told me to go to Park Regis, no transportation even provided as a least excuse, worth only 3 stars at best. While checking out was forced by the staff to return to the room to wash myself a small towel accidentally stained by some erupting Coke. Never seen or heard smth like that before. Will never return on any hotel running by this known money-grubbing behaviors company. Not recommended!. The location is great though.
